Newrest participation in Greece Race for the Cure®

As part of the world breast cancer awareness month, Newrest gladly accepted the invitation of Delta Airlines, one of its biggest customers, to participate on Sunday 1/10/23 in the symbolic race and walk organized by the Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer in Zappeion.

The team of Newrest Hellas and Delta Airlines participated in the 2 km walk of the 15th Greece Race for the Cure®, contributing with all the other participants to raise awareness and inform the public against breast cancer. A total of more than 44,000 runners met at the start line, spreading the message about the importance of early prevention, diagnosis and treatment of this disease.

With its participation, Newrest supports the Greece Race for the Cure®, the largest sporting event with a social purpose in Greece and confirms the Group’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.
