Newrest supporting vulnerable social groups

In the context of supporting vulnerable social groups, during the past month Newrest Greece has offered more than 10 tons of food to organizations in great need.

In Athens, the company provided for the Athens Nursing Home, the Social Grocery of the Municipality of Spata and the Social Catering of the Municipality of Kaisariani. Similarly, in Thessaloniki, Newrest provided for the Social Grocery of the Municipality of Thermi, the Social Catering of the Homeless Diocese of Thessaloniki and the families in need through the organization “Love Act”.

Furthermore, the unit of Newrest Cyprus offered significant food quantities to the Social Grocery of the Municipality of Aradippou in Larnaca.

This donation is our contribution to the effort made at country level so that no household lacks basic food items during these difficult times.

Newrest will always support actions favoring vulnerable social groups.
