Eight years after its launch, the Academy Program, designed by the Newrest Group, has hosted hundreds of graduates and continues to be successful, offering great training & career opportunities throughout the Group network to a new generation of young talented and promising graduates.
The privileges enjoyed by the Program participants are a one-year employment contract in one of the 57 countries where the company operates, under the guidance of an experienced senior manager: fast acquisition of skills, hands-on daily presence, close cooperation with the company’s teams and regular assessment of acquired skills. At the end of the year, they are given international career opportunities at the Newrest Group. More than 90% of Newrest Academy participants now work in important positions in the company.
To date, 9 graduates have participated in Newrest Greece, in the Production, Operations, Procurement and Marketing departments. This year, two more young talents are going to start as Junior Managers in the Production and Operations departments. The Newrest family is looking forward to welcoming them!
