Fat Thursday was delicious in Newrest this year.

Fat Thursday or Tsiknopempti, as it is called in Greek, is one of the most popular Greek traditions on the second week of the Triodion, always celebrated in Newrest Greece with delicious meat varieties. On this year’s Tsiknopempti, the company’s chefs prepared a delicious menu of fine grilled meat dishes that received very positive feedback from the customers who chose it for their lunch break.

Customers enjoyed a feast of beef burger, village sausage, chicken “kontosouvli”, accompanied by fries, pita bread, tomato and sauce, celebrating one of the top favorite Greek traditions.

For the Newrest team, every custom and festive day is an opportunity to promote the variety and taste of Greek recipes and delicacies.
