Newrest has designed and implements for the past 5 years an ambitious Graduate Program, created to offer young talented individuals a comprehensive training program within the Newrest Group in order to acquire the skills required to become a manager in the future. Since this Program was launched in 2014, over 90% of the participants have obtained permanent positions within Newrest and now play an active role in the Group’s future. 27 graduates will be hired by the Group to become its future managers.
Newrest Greece participates in the Program, already training 3 talented young professionals, in key positions of the inflight sector. After successfully completing the program, they will take up challenging posts in other branches of the company, applying the knowledge and experience they have gained during their training in Greece.
In addition, applying the core principles of this training Program, Newrest Hellas never stops offering opportunities for professional development to its personnel. Within this framework, the company has trained and assigned three employees to managerial positions of units in Greek periphery in the past year and plans to continue the Program in 2019 with the implementation of 2 more training programs.
