For example, at Bar TGV INOUI, our CSR commitments translate into: 100% of our meat is of French origin, all our eggs come from free-range hens, our ham has no added nitrite salt, the milk for our yogurts is collected less than 10 km from the processing site, and our apples are harvested less than 30 km from the workshop.
